Purple Lizard Beverages Inc. values customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of its products. As our products are sold through authorized retailers, distributors, and licensed establishments, Purple Lizard Beverages Inc. does not process direct refunds or exchanges for products purchased through these third parties.

If you are dissatisfied with a product or believe there is a quality concern, please contact or return the product to the original retail location or licensed establishment where it was purchased. Any refund, exchange, or replacement request will be subject to that retailer's policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

All refunds, returns, and exchanges relating to Purple Lizard Beverages Inc. products shall be administered in accordance with the policies and requirements established by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), and any other applicable governing, regulatory, or licensing authorities in the jurisdiction where the purchase was made.
